COMMUNICATION. This is how you communicate to everyone at work. You have to be polite and enthusiastic and you should be able to talk confidently and comfortablly. They don’t want someone who is very quiet a work. At some point, you also have to make friends.
ADAPTABILITY. At the start, you will be very new to the environment but you will get used to it. You will also be exposed to different environment and places and meet differnt people. You should be able to adapt to this. You will also encounter challenges, issues and a lot of changes around you and you should be able to handle this. You should have the positive and right attitude to be able to get through this things and you will learn this as time goes by.
INTERPERSONAL. This is how you deeply relate to people. If you have a positive attitude and you are easy to deal with then you will have no problems with the people at work. It is also how you express yourself with respect. Some people encounter arguments with their co-workers because of a negative attitude and being selfish. No one succeeds when you step down on others and this is the most important thing you have to remember.
